Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy – Jay Learning 2025

JayLearning offers personalised tutoring in English (ESL/EFL) and Spanish. By booking our services, you agree to the following: Sessions must be booked in advance and generally paid for prior to the lesson. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may forfeit the session fee, except in emergencies and reasonable circumstances.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if services are not delivered with due care or as described. Refunds or credits will be issued if we cancel a session, technical issues on our side prevent delivery, or the service is unsatisfactory and cannot be resolved. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, no-shows, or technical issues on the student’s side unless otherwise agreed.

Students are expected to attend on time, communicate respectfully, and participate actively. All learning materials are the intellectual property of Jay Learning and may not be shared or reproduced without permission. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for educational and business purposes.
